Shipping
- Where we ship
- Anywhere in Canada, and to the lower 48 US states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally — please use our Amazon listing instead. If you order to an address we can't ship to, we'll refund you in full and point you to Amazon.
- Cost
- Free, tracked, to both countries. There is no shipping charge at checkout.
- Dispatch
- Orders leave within 2 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email when yours ships.
- Delivery estimate
- Canada: 3–8 business days after dispatch. United States: 3–7 business days. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
- Duties and taxes
- Canadian orders ship domestically — no duties. US orders ship from Canada; any duties, brokerage or import charges levied by US customs are the recipient's responsibility.
Returns and refunds
- The window
- 30 days from delivery.
- Condition
- Unused and in original packaging, with the headcover. A driver that has been hit is no longer resalable as new, so we can't accept it back unless it's a warranty claim.
- How
- Email hello@fairwayfinder.golf with your order number before sending anything back. We'll confirm the return address.
- Return shipping
- Paid by you, unless the club arrived damaged, faulty, or we sent the wrong thing — then we cover it.
- Your refund
- Issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the club arriving back with us. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
- Damaged on arrival
- Photograph it and email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you in full, and we pay the shipping both ways.
Warranty
Every driver carries a 1-year limited warranty from the delivery date, covering manufacturing defects in the head, shaft and grip — cracked or caved faces, hosel separation, delamination, or a grip that fails without abuse.
It does not cover normal wear (sky marks, sole scratches, grip polish), damage from hitting off mats, rocks or the ground, damage from temper, or any club that's been re-shafted, re-gripped or otherwise altered. We'll repair or replace at our discretion; if neither is practical we'll refund the purchase price.
Terms of sale
- Prices and currency
- CA$399 for Canadian delivery, US$299 for delivery to the lower 48. You pick the currency before checkout, and it is fixed for that order — we do not convert between them.
- Payment
- Processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Order acceptance
- Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship. This run is a limited production batch, so if an item sells out between your order and dispatch, we'll cancel and refund you in full rather than make you wait.
- Fit
- This driver is built right-handed, men's, stiff flex, 75g. We say so on the product page because it genuinely won't suit very slow tempos. Buying a club that doesn't suit your swing isn't a defect, but it is covered by the 30-day return window above.
- Limitation of liability
- To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
- Governing law
- The laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
